I'm Josh, head coach and founder of Just Coaching, and the current WNBF Men's Physique Pro World Champion. Nine titles across tested and untested federations, including two British championships, taught me exactly what discipline and precision it takes to build a truly elite physique.

I specialise in elite level transformations. Whether that is muscle gain, fat loss, a competitive prep or a photoshoot, my job is to transform your lifestyle, your mindset and your physique through education, communication and relentless support.

Is this for beginners or advanced lifters?

Both. Every plan is built from your current level, history and goal. Complete beginners get structure and education, advanced lifters get the precision needed to break plateaus and step on stage.

Will it fit around a busy schedule?

Yes. That's the entire point. Your training and nutrition are mapped to the time, equipment and life you actually have, so it's something you can sustain, not just survive.

Do you coach women as well as men?

Absolutely. We coach men and women for muscle gain, fat loss and competitive or photoshoot prep. The approach is always personalised to you.

Can you handle competition or photoshoot prep?

Prep is a speciality. As a WNBF Pro World Champion, Josh has taken clients from first timers to the stage with a calm, structured, stress managed process.

How do check ins and communication work?

You get weekly check ins, honest feedback and ongoing access for questions. We review the data together and adjust as you progress.

How much does coaching cost?
